However, now, I could hardly think of any other metaphors better than this well-known comment. I believe students will grow little by little as long as we teachers keep guiding and supporting them. They will show us something beyond expectation!

After this experience, I realized that it may be interesting but not necessary for a teacher to wield funny techniques to draw student’s attention. What comes first is to offer students step-by-step guidance in terms of teaching procedure. Moreover, variety, sequencing, pacing and timing are also important to deliver a comprehensible class for students.
